Some areas have unstable water pressure - under the regulation the minimum pressure has to be 20 PSI. We recommend 23-25 PSI. For this matter we use a break tank and a wash pump that insure we have a steady pressure in the rinse stage on every cycle.
From the break tank the water get into the boiler tank and from there they are pushed to the rinse arms in the rinse cycle.
